Wow, how incredible it has been to make it to the goal of our kickstarter campaign. And so quickly. The campaign is still ongoing though, there is time until the 23rd of November to pre-order your book. In the meantime there are quite a few things that need to be done before the proper publication and launch of the book.
The cover is coming along and it is gorgeous, if I say so myself. The picture of the back cover is ravaging on Instagram, with 500 likes already and constantly increasing. I will give you a sneak peek as soon as it is ready. Helena and Fiona, the illustrator and the designer of this project, are working hard to make it all coming together by the end of the month. On my side I have been discussing with printers here in Sheffield, as I like to use local services, while trying to figure out the best combination of book size, paper weight, paper type and cover. On the one and only goal to give you the best book on which to enjoy the discovery of diatoms.
